Zamen 30 mg tablets is a medication belonging to a group of medications known as corticosteroids that have anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties. It has a different safety profile from other corticosteroids because it has less activity on sugars and bone.

This medicine is administered orally. The tablets should be swallowed without chewing, with the help of a little liquid.

The dose must be individualized. For this reason, the number and frequency of tablets to be taken will be determined by your doctor based on the type and severity of your disease, as well as the response to treatment.

In adults, the dose can range between 6 and 90 mg per day and in children between 0.25 and 1.5 mg / kg. It is important, therefore, that you fully understand your doctor’s instructions regarding the administration of the medicine and do not hesitate to consult him in case of doubt.

In special situations (stress, major infections, severe trauma, or surgery), a dose adjustment may be required. Consult your doctor to explain what to do in these cases.
